Outfit post ~ Fall is coming to town

The Fall has started. Today is a very windy & rainy day so it was time to wear my black Hunter wellies and a thick scarf. I don't like it to go outside with this weather but unfortunately I had to go to school today. Sorry for the crappy iPhone/mirror pictures but I don't have anyone at the moment who can take pictures of my outfit.
